I’ve just started a batch of Home Made Sriracha style sauce. I’m making a traditional version with red chilli and garlic;
I’m so experimenting with a green version which will be made with green chilli, lime, spring onions and then finished with fresh coriander and parsley.
As the first stage of both is to marinate the ingredients overnight with vinegar, more will follow over the next day or so!
