My morning wake up call!
Yesterday the daintly little espresso cup I ordered for myself from Fortnum and Mason arrived. It is a special treat for me and I certainly would not have paid the full price of £45 for it, but in the sale it was a much more reasonable price. It’s good to have a few special things if you can – it makes me feel special anyway (though still not dainty)!
This morning’s espresso is the Ciocattino from Nespresso – so a little hint of chocolate to it – seems rather apt for the Georgian style cup. It is rich and delicious, rather like George Clooney himself, who is sadly missing from my breakfast table this morning.
