Hmmmm – sometimes my brain just goes off on a tangent and l start wondering ‘what if…’ or ‘how could…’. This morning I’m wondering how a Kimchi / Chocolate mash-up might work?

What would it look like? What would it taste like? What if I made a Kimchi flavoured chocolate and moulded it like my chocolate cabbage leaves? How would I present the dish? Would a sweet milk chocolate work or would a really dark 80%+ chocolate be better? Just a thought ……….
