“Blame Canada”

My dry cured “Blame Canada” bacon is strongly flavoured with real Canadian maple syrup and black pepper. The sugar from the maple syrup ensures the bacon caramelises easily but is prone to burning if not careful.

Here the bacon is pan fried to crispy and served on a sweet Belgian waffle with lashings of maple syrup. Classic and delicious.
