Chocolate Faux Cabbage 

A little suprise for Matt’s birthday – he  HATES cabbage and LOVES chocolate. Having seen a poster for something similar, I set myself the task of recreating the dish for Matt.

Easy enough really as it just relied on paining lots of layers of molten chocolate onto cabbage leaves before peeling and assembling.

I was suprised how effective the overall effect was!
